How to Practice
The 4-ball half shower is an asymmetric juggling pattern where each hand performs a different type of throw.
One hand makes high outside-to-inside crossing throws (overthrows), while the other makes low inside-to-outside crossing throws (underthrows).
Both actions are throws, not passes.
【How the Pattern Works】
- One hand: high outside-to-inside crossing throws (overthrows)
- Other hand: low inside-to-outside crossing throws (underthrows)
- These two different throws alternate continuously
This creates an asymmetric rhythm with clear height differences.
【Difference from Shower】
- Shower: balls move in one direction
- Half shower: hands throw in opposite directions
- Shower: low ball is more like a pass
- Half shower: both balls are thrown
【Practice Steps】
